Final report
At the end of the project, the total result and effects are evaluated. A final report must be submitted to the leader office in connection with the final payment.
Final report
The final report connects to the project plan and should reflect the outcome of what you planned in connection with the project start. The final report is approved by LAG. The last 20% of the project support will not be paid until the final report is approved.
Evaluation
The most important work in the final reporting is to pause and reflect on the experiences and results the project has led to. Keep in mind that deviations and unmet goals are also results that should be reported.
Support for final reporting
A good tip is to start by reading through your project plan. In the project plan's section on evaluation, there is information on how the compilation of the project should proceed. Much of the text in the project plan can be copied to the final report. You can save a lot of time and effort by reusing sections from the project plan and instead focus on what is most important in a final report: reflections, conclusions, and compilation of concrete results.
The final report should be readable without first having accessed the project's project plan, and one should be able to understand what the project was about and how it went.
Application for final payment
The application for final payment is made after the project is completed; consider the end date for the last day you can submit the application.
