Support from the Leader Office

We at the leader office are happy to assist and answer questions or hold a working meeting to go through the reporting together with you. To facilitate the application for payment, we offer the opportunity to participate in training sessions for the application for payment. We will then go through the application form and what is required in terms of cost documentation, payment documentation, attachments, etc. for an application for payment to be complete.

During implementation, it is important to work according to the project plan. Since the decision is based on the application with the project plan and budget, deviations from these must be communicated to and approved by the leader office. Otherwise, there is a risk that the support cannot be paid out. We will of course help you adjust the project plan if necessary.

There is an opportunity to apply for an advance.

Application for payment

When costs have arisen during the project's implementation, an application for payment can be made to the Swedish Board of Agriculture. A partial report should also be attached. It is advantageous to do this regularly during the project's progress. The leader office should be contacted before the application for payment is made.
