About the project

Through an umbrella project aimed at forces in Söderslätt, we intend to expand participation and engagement in projects in rural areas by supporting passionate individuals, volunteers in the realization of smaller projects with great significance for the countryside and its associations, as well as strong driving individuals. The goal has been to initiate good and sustainable events in Söderslätt and to be a support for the implementation of association members who are passionate about their causes.

Subproject

Mobilization and collaboration - village development in Söderslätt, feasibility study.

To meet initiatives and organizations in rural areas in the villages to see if there is a need for support regarding issues related to local development such as social mobilization, collaboration, financing, or organization. 10 meetings have been conducted with village teams, local grassroots initiatives, and associations in the area.

The Truth

A short film called The Truth has been made to highlight how people can end up in mental ill health. The project puts Trelleborg Municipality on the map and St Beddinge village.

Exhibition Burn in Black
